You should get this email within a couple of minutes: however, some email services can take hours and, sadly, there is nothing we can do about that.

If You Need Help With Confirming Your Subscription...

If 'Clicking' The Link In Your Email Does Not Work...

1. Make sure you are online - the link has to work over the Internet.

2. You can copy the link into your web browser and press return. This should confirm your subscription. Again, you need to be connected to the Internet.

To copy the link from the email into your web browser:

• Highlight the whole link using your mouse.
• Press and hold the Ctrl key and press C once (copy)
• Click in the white box at the top of your web browser (eg Internet Explorer). Clicking should highlight the whole of the text there which will begin "http://..".
• Press and hold the Ctrl key and press P once (paste)
• Press the "return" key (the large key with a 90 degree arrow on it, towards the right of the keyboard).

You should then see our "Thank you for confirming your subscription" page.
