TIPS FOR GOOD CIRCULATION II

Stimulating the blood circulation will assist just about every body process and improve every system of the body. It will improve the transport of nourishment, the elimination of toxins, and the function of the Heart, Liver, Kidneys and Lymphatic (Immune) System.

HOW TO IMPROVE CIRCULATION
Here are three ways to improve blood circulation.

1. EXERCISE - A MAJOR KEY TO EXCELLENT HEALTH.
Love it or hate it - exercise is good for blood circulation!

It is a source of wonder that the human body will so often function for very many years, without any serious attempt at exercise by its owner.

The human body may be a wonderful - miraculous - machine; but it
does need help. Don't sit there and let your body stagnate!

You need regular exercise - especially if you are in a sedentary (desk-based) job. Go for a long walk at lunch time, for example. Owning a dog is another way of getting exercise.

Exercise is particularly important for the lymphatic fluid - because muscle action is how the lymph is 'squeezed' along the lymph vessels. The lymph hasn't got a heart to pump it round - so it's either exercise or nothing.

2. HERBS.  There are a number of herbs and spices which help blood circulation. These include ginkgo, cayenne, and ginger.

A. GINKGO. Ginkgo biloba is a powerful herb which is widely used to improve the circulation. It is also one of the best selling herbs in the UK, Germany and France.

Ginkgo biloba is well proven to help circulation, and thus helps in very many cases of tinnitus, dementia, Alzheimers, poor memory, lowered sexual function and difficulties with circulation to the arms and legs - such as Raynaud's syndrome, which affects the hands.

B. CAYENNE PEPPER has an affinity with the blood - which is appropriate, given its red colour. Cayenne is a mild form of chilli   powder. So you could get similar benefits by eating lots of curries!

Cayenne has the reputation of stopping bleeding. For example, I have seen it stop a severe nose bleed in seconds. How? put a teaspoon of cayenne in water, and drink quickly. All I can say is - it worked; I don't know exactly how. Cayenne is said to  equalize the blood pressure all over the body'. So probably it was something to do with this.

In any case, the person involved was very happy, having watched their precious blood pour away for ten minutes.

Cayenne also has the reputation of being an emergency aid in a heart attack. Certainly, if I had a heart condition, I would keep a dropper bottle of Cayenne tincture with me at all times, ready to take a squirt if I ever felt the need.

Cayenne can certainly give symptomatic relief in the case of piles (haemorrhoids) and varicose veins.
